It truly has been an eventful and busy few months. We honestly could not have made it without your faithful prayers and support!

INcontext: Generation Next

Over the weekend of 26-28 August, INcontext held a Generation Next event in Durban. I (Gigi) kicked off the Friday evening by sharing my personal testimony and how I got involved in missions - inspiring the young people to GO themselves (from when they leave their homes in the morning till the ends of the earth). Damon then shared about how they can get involved in missions as the next generation, he introduced them to 4 Millennial missionaries and got them to write letters of encouragement to those on the front lines. The event was attended by more than 65 people and was truly a blessed time together.

The next day we did some outreach training and went to Durban beachfront to share the gospel with people preparing for the comrades and with others enjoying a Saturday stroll. This was a beautiful experience for the young people as many had never done this before. Sunday morning Damon had the opportunity to share about INcontext at a Church. It was truly a blessed occasion!

 Our Generation to the Nations

At the end of September, Gen next and Beyond borders (departments of INcontext International) hosted a diverse group with the hope to impart the heart of God for unreached people groups in South Africa. The group spent time ministering on the streets of Bo-Kaap and Bellville to people groups barely reached with the Gospel of Christ.

The group received AMAZING teachings from a diverse group of lecturers. They tasted exotic foods, ministered to each other, and built beautiful friendships. Rev 7:9 "After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb."

Worcester Baptist Church:

Worcester Baptist Church continues to be blessed by the Lord, striving to live out His plans and purposes for us. On the 2nd of October, we started a new preaching series on the newly adopted Vision and Mission Statements. Pray for God to impart this Vision into the hearts of all those that are hearing the Message and that they will adopt the Vision and Mission as their own.

We have certainly learned a lot in these past few months since we joined the Church and started ministering there, but we are continually reminded that we still have a lot to learn. We cannot do this without His help. Pray that God would give us the wisdom and knowledge to lead the Church properly and in His ways, Vision, and plan.

The membership course for new members went well and we thank God for each person that attended the course. We look forward to welcoming these new members into the church officially and seeing how God is going to use them in the Church as His hands and feet.

We have not started the once-a-month collaboration to train Pastors in Systematic Theology yet. Please pray that the Lord will give us guidance and confirmation on whether we should continue pursuing this initiative or not.
