    Once again Damon and I are reminded afresh of our need for prayer and how thankful we are for each of you. On the 30th of March, we officially moved to Worcester Baptist Church. We have slowly been getting into the swing of things in Worcester, at the Church, and our new routine commuting between Worcester and Durbanville (where the INcontext offices are). It has been extremely busy for both of us but specifically for Damon as he does his INcontext responsibilities, prepares sermons and Bible Studies. We are so thankful for the warm welcome we recieved at the Church and complex where we now live. We are excited for the new season of our lives - but we also acknowledge that it won't be without challenges and that we are in need of intercessors.

  • Missions Exposure:


    From 19-24 September 2022 INcontext International’s departments, Generation Next and Beyond Borders, are hosting a missions exposure for young adults in Cape Town. After much discussion and prayer, we have felt led to facilitate a missions exposure trip within our own nation exposing participants to two people groups, living right on our doorstep, that are barely reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ! God is on a mission to call the nations unto Himself, and He is inviting everyone to join hands with Him!
    Through this missions exposure, our desire is to see the Next Generation and the African church exposed to a different culture, religion, and way of life. We’d like to journey with them beyond their community, culture, friendship circles, and comfort zones.

    WAYS OF INVOLVEMENT:
    1. Join us! (Ages of 18-35)
    2. Invest in the future of the Next Generation and the African Church by contributing to this missions exposure.

  • Generation Next Durban:


    God-willing, we hope to travel to Durban in August to host a Generation Next event. The focus of this event will be to inspire youth and young adults for missions in Durban and surrounding areas. Planning for this event is already underway. We are thankful for the opportunity.

  • Africa Rising:


    In July God-willing, we plan on travelling to Tanzania with the INcontext team. The idea behind such a trip is to inspire the African Church to arise and take their rightful place in global missions. It is really our heart to attend this trip. We currently still need R16 000 to make this trip possible.

  • Prayer Requests:


    - Pray for Damon and I as we settle into a new home, church, town, and routine.
    - Pray for the Lord to guide Damon as he prepares Sunday Sermons and Bible Studies.
    - Pray for wisdom for Damon as he shepherds the flock of God entrusted to him.
    - Pray for us to be sensitive to the voice of God in all circumstances.
    - Pray that ultimately God would be glorified in all that we think, say, and do - we can do nothing without Him, we are so dependent on Him.
    - Pray that God would give us wisdom beyond our years and that we would set an example to the believers in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith and in purity.
    - Pray for me as I fulfill my weekly role at INcontext as well as the planning of the Generation Next event in Durban and the Missions Exposure in September.
    - Pray for the necessary funds for us to attend Africa rising.
