AUGUST SEPTEMBER NEWS LETTER LENASIA, 15 SEPTEMBER 2020

    RUPHIN AND EVELINE

PIDIPIDI

Greeting you all in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are thankful to God for his grace as we read in the book of Isaiah 12 : "Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. Shout aloud and sing for joy,...(Isaiah 12: 4-6 NIV) which remains in Jesus Christ ’s remembrance

We continue to have Sunday service with breaking of bread every Sunday at home. Sunday the 6 September 2020, I have shared in John 7: 37-44. We also listen to the preaching from the churches which are encouraging during this period.

Ministry News

We had a thanksgiving service on Friday the 04 September 2020 at Khaya centre from 8 Am to 9: 30 Am. The Word was based in (Psalm 100 and Philippians 4: 4-7). All the staffs (50) were present and praised the Lord with joyful songs. Social distance is strictly respected by all during all activities. This is a challenging period for all-overs. But we need to be near to God in prayer, worship and hope in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. After sharing the book of Psalms in the past 3 months, we are now in John gospel during Morning Prayer. The staffs are actively participating by sharing the Word of God. This is a way for them to be involved for outreach.

Eveline is now teaching MS Word and Excel to young adults at Khaya centre. We have started small groups of children discipleship class last week for afternoon program at the centre. It is challenging but we have to do it. We praise God as every child has a smile on his face when they come at the centre.

Praise and Prayer requests

Praise God for the car we have now to go on the field.

  • • Pray for the children safety in Lehae and God protection.
  • Pray for the children to continue to attend the program, learn the Word of God and also apply it.
  • • Pray for us that the Lord will continue to use us and to be the blessing for others.
  • Pray for our safety on road every day.
  • Pray for Gods provision for new supporters
